[IronPython] IronPython + Tablet PC article on DevX

My first article on programming the Tablet PC with IronPython (and with
IronPython) is now available on DevX:

You can download a super-preliminary version of my "Pynk" editor and try it
out (depends on Tablet PC SDK 1.7 and IronPython 0.6). There's a brief video
with the article, too, showing ink evaluated as a python expression
("pow(2,3)").
