Doh!  Well, that just shows you how many years it has been since I've used
an MS GUI toolkit where z-order is so common.  With wxPython, pyQt, and
pyGTK I've managed to not actively think about z-order in quite some time.
Thanks for the reminder.  It is all coming back now...  ;-)
