[IronPython] IronMath Complex64 Compile??

I have embarked on the python tutorial from python.org, and I've come across
the fact that IronPython has no Complex64 divide routine: so I thought I'd
write one having done one for Java.

The doctoring of the Complex64 .cs file was easy; however, how does one
compile the file for use in the IronMath package??
