[IronPython] Compilation warnings on Mono

Yep, we do build clean on csc (and we compile w/ warnings treated as errors).  I've opened a bug to get these fixed.  Thanks for the bug report!

Attached is compilation warnings produced by Mono C# Compiler while compiling IronPython 1.0 Beta 7, and some of them seem to be valid.
