Use IronPython to implement two-way copying of messages between the forums and the mailing list :)

You would, of course, have to tackle email message identity.

Just to break your assumption... :)

I think it's best to stick with the mailing list.  And anyone who
posts answers on Codeplex should also direct the questioner to the
mailing list for future questions.
