[IronPython] word wrap problem with posts from this newsgroup

Is there a pattern to it?  For example is it people likely to be using Outlook who's mails aren't getting wrapped?  :) (It tells me it's going to wrap at 76 columns when I send the mail to the internet but my own mails don't appear to wrap like that when I get them back).
