[IronPython] CherryPy and IronPython 2.0b1

Hi all,
After applying the attached patch to cherrypy trunk (r1932), CherryPy
will run a simple Hello World program (also attached) using IronPython
2.0b1 and NWSGI. It should work with the 0.1 release of NWSGI. I
haven't tested the standalone CherryPy server yet.
