[IronPython] new compilations problems, now on xp

After getting my python project moved into IronPython studio, and working,
I'm having to move it to an xp virtual machine on my laptop to present at a
business meeting on monday.

VisualStudio is erroring out with:
the element 'PropertyGroup' in namespace...has invalid child elements'

Googling this, I find a bunch of listings that this is from beta 2, but all
responses says you can safely ignore it. However, I can't even get my
program to run. Gonna keep digging through google for the answer, but
figured i'd post to the list just in case someone is on and knows a quick
fix. on time deadline for monday morning...
