[IronPython] .exe is not pre-compiled

I'm trying to import C-python module and getting the following ecxeption:

C:\Documents and Settings\vkhask\My Documents\IronPython Studio\pygnu\pygnu\bin\Debug\pygnu.exe is not pre-compiled module; try again after deleting it.

Please let me know what is the work around if you saw something like this.
